John H. Fischer, age 88, of Evanston, loving husband of the late Barbara Tait Fischer and Judy Madson Fischer; beloved father of Alan J. (Susan) Fischer of Texas; grandfather of Michael (Sarah) and Steven Fischer; great-grandfather of Christopher Fischer; brother of Hank (Ella) Fischer; also survived by many nieces and nephews and many friends.
