Dorothy Oliver, age 86, of Ingleside, passed away Feb. 17, 2004, at Libertyville Manor, Libertyville. She was born Feb. 11, 1918 to the late Walter and Mary, nee DelDebio, Allen. Dorothy was a native of Chicago but lived in Lake County for over 25 years. She was a retiree of the Chicago Board of Education and a member of the Happy Seniors Club of Round Lake. She is survived by her loving children; Richard L. Oliver of Nashville, TN, Marilyn (Don) Beamish of Nova Scotia, Canada and Jane (Bill) Monchunski of Downers Grove. Dorothy was preceded in death by her former husband Loui Jensen in 1945 and her beloved husband of 55 years William Oliver in 2003. Friends of the family may join them for the visitation on Saturday, Feb. 21 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 E. Belvidere Rd., Grayslake, IL 60030.
