Ronald Gregory Sitowski, born April 4, 1938, passed away Feb. 19, 2004. Ron leaves behind his beloved soulmate of 28 years, Judi, nee Doi; his beloved daughter Michelle (Brad) Lawrenz; dear stepsons Richard (Lisa) Ninos and Paul Ninos; son and daugher Christopher and Laura Sitowski; his two grandchildren Nicholas and Kristen Ninos; his dearest aunt Jeannette Cervenka, nee Sitowski; and beloved cousin Alan Cervenka. Ron also leaves behind his dearest sister-in-law Betty (Jack) Hayashi and Kathy Doi; mother-in-law Toshiye Doi, all of San Jose, CA; and his best friends Arthur and Elaine Mustari. Half brother of Sandra (Robert) Banaszynski; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his mother Delores (Alex) Witkowski and his father Clarence Sitowski. Funeral Monday, Feb. 23, 11 a.m. at Matz Funeral Home, 410 E. Rand Rd., Mt. Prospect. Interment private. Ron currently was employed at Warehouse Direct in Mt. Prospect, IL. His biggest love was his alto saxophone in which he, with his mentor, Steve Wilzynski played over 2,000 jobs. Please omit flowers.
