I was pleased to see the pathetic service of the CTA buses brought to light.
I was equally amused to see the CTA was disputing the survey and claiming that 91 percent of its service is on time.
If the disputing CTA representatives simply left their cushy office for a few hours and stood at a bus stop, they would probably feel different.
