J.Lo, Hilary Duff, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jimmy Fallon and Will Smith are headed to the MTV Video Music Awards, and you could be too.

MTV announced the latest batch of stars set to arrive–on yachts, reportedly–at the Aug. 29 awards show in Miami. And on Friday, the network plans to announce how regular fans can get tickets to the event, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reports.

Last month, MTV President Van Toffler announced that 2,000 tickets would be sold for the show, probably in the $50 to $100 range, but the VMA Web site says only that MTV would make the tickets available to South Floridians “through local Miami radio and cable promotions.” Adding to the confusion are brokers that are advertising tickets for as much as $6,000.

“We’ll have a lot more info for you on Friday,” an MTV publicist told the newspaper. So stay tuned to Miami media, just in case.
