Typical of John Kerry’s campaign of daily fault-finding of President Bush is his recent proclamation that, as president, he will do better than Bush to stop hurricanes from attacking the U.S. mainland. He will do so by coordinating his plan with French leaders and other leaders of Old Europe, which Bush did not do.

Kerry’s wife added that Bush’s failure to stop the hurricanes caused America “four years of hell” and when a reporter asked Kerry how he would stop the hurricanes, his wife told the reporter to “shove it.”
