The Chicago Cubs submitted more paperwork to the city on Thursday as the team seeks permits for past repairs and renovations made to Wrigley Field.
“They have done exactly what we asked them to do, which is submit corrected plans that reflect the work that was done,” said Sabrina Miller, a spokeswoman for the city’s Department of Construction and Permits.
The documents include drawings for bleacher stair replacement, concrete beam repair, lattice truss repairs in the upper deck and other work that cost a total of about $2 million, officials said.
The team’s submission is under review, Miller said. Wrigley Field and the Cubs are owned by Tribune Co., which also owns the Chicago Tribune.
