Alan Keyes has a PhD in government from Harvard University, spent 11 years with the State Department, served in the U.S. Foreign Service, was on the staff of the National Security Council, was appointed by Ronald Reagan to be ambassador to the United Nations Economic and Social Council. At the United Nation he represented the interests of the U. S. in the UN General Assembly. And in 1985, he was appointed assistant secretary of state for international organizations. Keyes was also president of Citizens Against Government Waste and founder of National Taxpayers’ Action Day. Yet you continue to call him “former talk show host.” The title Ambassador Keyes would be more appropriate.
