Charles Koptik, passed away Oct. 11, 2004, age 93, a life long resident of Chicago, husband of the late Grace, nee Zimmerman; father of Tracy (the late George) von Reich, Maryann Cassaday, nee LeBeau and Colleen (Bruce) Von Ohlen; grandfather Kathleen Von Ohlen; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
