Lansing police on Thursday said a surveillance camera took a clear picture of a man who robbed a local bank Wednesday afternoon.
The suspect, described as a white male in his 30s, about 5 feet 10 inches and wearing a dark pullover sweatshirt and blue jeans, stole an undetermined amount of cash after passing a note to a teller in the Great Lakes Bank, 18120 S. Torrence Ave., police said.
He implied he had a weapon although no weapon was displayed, Lansing police Sgt. Dennis Murrin said.
No one was hurt in the robbery, which occurred about 1:45 p.m.
The FBI is assisting in the investigation, Murrin said.
