Thank God for columnist Leonard Pitts (“Will the Christian left please rise?” Commentary, Nov. 9). He represents my thoughts and convictions so wisely. Neither Republicans nor Democrats have sole ownership of morality in our country. Moral values are a human issue. We all struggle with the challenges of being ethical and daily living our lives with integrity. I hope we can drop the labels and name-calling and live each day with kindness and service to others dominating our thoughts.
