I have never felt such joy for a stranger’s fortune than while reading about Debi Faris-Cifelli, the guardian angel who buries abandoned newborns, winning the lottery (“Jackpot for the forgotten; Lottery winner handles rites for abandoned infants,” News, Dec. 8).
