A special Valentine’s Day item offered by the Vermont Teddy Bear Co. has mental health officials infuriated. The Monpelier-based mail-order company is selling a straightjacket-wearing Crazy for You Bear that comes with its own commitment papers. The company said it would discontinue the bear, but not before Feb. 14.
