Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Looks like the beef is cooking again between 50 Cent and The Game–big time.

At Sunday’s Summer Jam, the New York area’s biggest hip-hop concert of the year, Game (right) lodged shots at 50 and the members of G-Unit from the stage, calling it “G-G-G-U-Not!” and saying “I ain’t no soldier, and I don’t follow suit like Yayo and Lloyd Banks,” allhiphop.com reports.

Performing selections from his album “The Documentary,” Game reworked lyrics to avoid celebrating his G-Unit affiliation and yelled “[bleep] 50” before one of the songs. He even had people dressed up in a gorilla suit and a rat costume–representing 50’s alleged snitching–both wearing G-Unit T-shirts and getting beaten in a mocking manner by Game’s clique.

But the ultimate dis came when Game asked the audience if they missed the “real” King of New York, Biggie Smalls.

The bad blood didn’t seem to affect the rest of Summer Jam’s flow. Among other happenings: Chicago’s Kanye West, Common and Talib Kweli performed hits from Common’s album “Be,” Jay-Z gave a surprise performance, and Lil Jon got the crowd crunk.
