Free, socially responsible seminar
Investment adviser, attorney and author Marc J. Lane is presenting a seminar on “Socially Responsible Financial Planning” at an event sponsored by the Chicago Center for Green Technology’s Green Business Seminar Series.
Lane is president of Marc J. Lane Investment Management Inc. He is a practicing attorney and financial adviser, an adjunct professor of law at Northwestern University School of Law, an adjunct professor of business at the University of Illinois, and the author of 32 books. His most recent book, “Profitable Socially Responsible Investing,” was released in May.
The seminar is free and takes place from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Chicago Center for Green Technology, 445 N. Sacramento Blvd. Pre-registration is required.
