Your June 15 WomanNews article noting Illinois’ 2004 law that gave the legal right for women to breast feed anytime, any place, reminded me of the “rule” I used while a nursing mom: Any place and time that was appropriate to feed a baby from a bottle was the place and time to feed a baby from breast.
