– Tvguide.com reports that actress Tiffani-Amber Thiessen was approached to replace Shannen Doherty in UPN’s “Love, Inc.” this fall–a situation Thiessen should be familiar with after replacing Doherty on “Beverly Hills, 90210.” Thiessen reportedly turned the gig down.

– Michael Eavis, founder of Britain’s Glastonbury music festival, has asked Kylie Minogue back for 2007; Minogue had to pass this year because of her breast cancer surgery.

– Warner Brothers’ “Batman Begins” led the box office, taking in an estimated $26.8 million in its second weekend in theaters, for a total of $121.7 million in domestic ticket sales.

– Logo, the basic-cable television network for gays and lesbians, will debut on Thursday and reportedly will be available in some 10 million homes with digital cable across the U.S.
