It’s open to the public and a reception for ticket buyers follows at the Mighty Nice Grill. … John Reeger has left the Drury Lane Theatre production of “Sherlock’s Last Case,” with Nick Sandys taking his place as the famed sleuth. Reeger is recovering from minor surgery. … The Actors Workshop production of “All My Sons” has extended through Aug. 28. … The Infamous Commonwealth Theatre picks a single theme for its season. The topic for 2005-6? “Desire.” … The ambitious Phoenix Theatre of Indianapolis has beaten every resident Chicago theater to the regional premiere of the musical “Urinetown,” which will open in Indy on Sept. 1. … The new host of the Animal Planet channel’s “All-New Planet’s Funniest Animals” is none other than Second City veteran Keegan-Michael Key.
