We have liberated two countries, Afghanistan and Iraq. The Iraqi people, although I’m sure many have tried, cannot seem to organize and develop a democracy they can live under.
Far too many United States troops have sacrificed their lives while the Iraqis work on this endeavor. The country continues to fester with regimes and killers who are clueless as to how to behave in a free society.
Our government has given this country ample opportunity to succeed; progress, however, is not being made.
Let’s bring our troops home. We have our own disasters and have been magnanimous for far too long.
