The Nov. 14 edition of Fortune magazine features its annual 50 Most Powerful Women in Business report. Meg Whitman, eBay chairman and CEO, ranks at the top of the list for a second year. Oprah Winfrey, chairman of Harpo, who ranked No. 6 last year, moves up to the No. 4 spot, and Sara Lee President and CEO Brenda Barnes zoomed from ranking 39 in 2004 to No. 3 this year.
