Jennifer Aniston’s lawyers have threatened legal action against any publications that run recent topless photos of the actress sunbathing. According to The Smoking Gun, celebrity magazines were warned in a letter that they risk an invasion of privacy lawsuit if they publish the photos–allegedly taken from a mile away by a paparazzo.
