Chicago: Colder than normal temperatures continue for a 15th consecutive day. A wintry overcast may generate several passing flurries. Some cloud breaks this afternoon may permit a bit of mixed sunshine at times. Highs: 5 (degrees) below normal. Cloudy with haze, some flurries and perhaps a bit of freezing drizzle late Tuesday night.
