A 35-year-old born -again virgin is keeping his streak alive.
Weezer lead singer Rivers Cuomo earlier vowed to remain celibate for two years. That deadline expired six months ago, but Cuomo doesn’t expect to jump back in soon.
“It’s been 2 1/2 years now, actually,” Cuomo tells Blender magazine. “The vow is over, but I wanted to keep cruising.
“Abstinence doesn’t require as much self-discipline anymore,” he adds. “We never had any serious groupies, anyway. Our generation got screwed.”
