The Washington Boulevard viaduct over the Kennedy Expressway is scheduled to reopen to traffic before the Wednesday morning rush hour as crews complete its reconstruction, officials said. The exit ramps from the eastbound and westbound Kennedy also will reopen. The
$4.5 million project gave the viaduct a new bridge deck, sidewalks, railings and lighting. It also eliminated the center entrance ramps.
