(nee Covell); devoted father of John (Sue) and Constance L. Bowen; loving son of the late John Williams and Florence (nee LaVallee) Bowen; dear brother of Lou Evelyn (John) Cody, Clara Edwards and the late Frances, Esther, Norma, Louis and Ralph, many fond nieces and nephews.
