The family of Jose Luis Sandoval of Streamwood, who died after being struck as he changed a tire along the Kennedy Expressway, filed a wrongful-death lawsuit Friday against Chicago Fire Department Battalion Chief Joseph Guidi.
Guidi has been charged with aggravated driving under the influence.
