Hello, and welcome to the second season of Rotisserie Chicken, RedEye’s unique brand of fantasy baseball.
Nowhere else will you find only two competitors–Leo Ebersole and Jimmy Greenfield–whose teams are made up entirely of Cubs and White Sox players.
For those who followed last year’s inaugural season, you know that Jimmy’s Bird Brains stormed back to defeat Leo’s Chicken Selects in the final week.
The celebration was glorious. Jimmy gloated, Leo cried, and chicken was had by all. But that was last year, and as a result we’ve made one important change.
Instead of forcing them to have one player at each position, Jimmy and Leo could draft whomever they wanted this spring. The hope is that this will lead to more trading, or at least some trading, as last year they could never agree on a single deal.
