The comedian was voters’ favorite to replace Meredith Vieira in Entertainment Weekly’s online poll Monday, though Griffin hasn’t been mentioned in news reports as a candidate.
The results: Kathy Griffin came out way ahead of the others including Liza Minnelli.
Given this list of successors, maybe EW knows something the rest of us don’t.
