The very first thing that was done when the floodwaters from Hurricane Katrina inundated New Orleans was to plan the rebuilding of the levees so the flooding couldn’t occur again. Good thinking!
Now let’s apply the same thinking to our immigration problem, the flooding of illegal immigrants over our borders and into our country.
