Robert A. Frech, age 81, of Palatine, formerly of Mt. Prospect, born July 24, 1924 in Chicago, died Thursday, June 8, 2006 at Northwest Community Healthcare in Arlington Heights. Interment private. WWII Army Veteran. Mr. Frech had been employed by Marshall Field’s for 30 years. After taking an early retirement he then went into the banking industry for another 10 years. Mr. Frech had been a member of the Northwest Community Healthcare Foundation, where he had served for many years on the board. Survivors include wife of 57 years, Anna Mae Frech; sons, Bill (Susan) Frech of Lake Zurich, IL and Roger (Joyce) Frech of Austin, TX; grandchildren, Ben, Tracy and Greg. A Memorial Service will be scheduled for a later date.
