Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

The Cubs have much in common with the U.S. World Cup Soccer team.

They both have no bench, run around futilely, get hit in the head by the ball, can’t advance and hardly ever score.

Where they differ is the soccer guys have way more desire than talent and get a tremendously lesser amount of money and incentives.

If this season’s team of Cubs is the handiwork of general manager Jim Hendry alone, I wouldn’t trust him to build an igloo in Siberia.

Fire Dusty Baker?

I think not!

You can’t manage what’s not there!
