Kim Clijsters outplayed Vania King 6-0, 6-1 in 55 minutes in Ostend, Belgium, to seal Belgium’s Fed Cup victory over the United States and set up a final against Italy.
Clijsters’ win over the 17-year-old American gave the Belgians an insurmountable 3-0 lead. Belgium will face Italy, which defeated Spain, in the final in September.
