Leila Lynn, age 76, of Grayslake, died Wednesday, July 26, 2006 at Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago. She was born Aug. 25, 1929 in Grayslake to Clifford and Flossie, nee Davis, Frazier. A member of Shepherd of the Lakes, Leila was also a member of the Quilting Queens, the Exchangettes of Grayslake, the Grayslake Historical Society and co-founder of the Prairie Patch Quilting Guild. Survivors include her son, Nicholas J. (Josephine) Lynn of River Forest; her grandchildren, Aynsley L., Nicole M. and Ryan J. Lynn, all of River Forest; and her sister, Betty Anderson of Grayslake. She was preceded in death by her aforementioned parents and her husband, Louis J. Lynn. A Funeral Service is scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday, July 31 at Shepherd of the Lakes, 285 E. Washington St., Grayslake. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Libertyville. Friends of the family may visit from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, July 30 at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 E. Belvidere, Grayslake, IL 60030.
