I HATE …
… the attitude at the new Puma Store [1051 N. Rush St.]. The music is beyond loud, and the sales staff looks and acts like they are on a reality show. I tried to shop there recently. When I asked if it was possible to turn the music down a bit, the response was “I’m not allowed to change the volume because our management wants it that loud.” Memo to management: The store was filled with tourists. Lose the attitude or lose the neighborhood customers.
