My job takes me to some of the country’s largest cities, but I had never been to Chicago until recently. To be honest, I wasn’t looking forward to the trip. What a surprise! The downtown was clean, lively, entertaining and seemed very safe. My co-workers are big outdoorsmen and laughed approvingly when we saw a couple of people fishing off a boat downtown. To top it off the many Chicagoans we met were friendly, outgoing and very helpful. My experience was so good, I’m already thinking of bringing my family back for a vacation.
