Grace L. DeWolf, age 78, passed away on January 18, 2007 in Winthrop Harbor, IL. Daughter of the late Winston and Gladys Lawrence of Michigan; mother of Peter (Katie) DeWolf, Lyn (Mark) Torres and Cathy DeWolf (Ed Pelroy); survived by eight grandchildren, sister-in-law Ann Richter and numerous friends. Preceded in death by her brothers: Dwight, Fred and her youngest sibling. Grace was an avid nature photographer and co-founded Riverwoods Nature Photographic Society in 1982. She won many Chicago area awards including Nature Photographer of the Year. She was considered by many as a teacher and a mentor. She attended Wellesley College. Memorial Service was held at her home on Jan. 23, 2007. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. 541-344-0229.
