Russell Crowe thinks rugby and cheerleading don’t mix.
The Oscar-winning actor, who is part-owner of the South Sydney Rabbitohs rugby club, is concerned that the team’s scantily clad spirit leaders–whose uniforms include fishnet stockings and tasseled mini-skirts–were inappropriate.
“It makes women uncomfortable and it makes blokes who take their son to the football also uncomfortable” Crowe told News Ltd., according to the AP.
Their replacement: a drum corp.
