Parents are failing their children.
Post-retirement I’ve spent the past three years as a volunteer tutor at the local middle school.
It’s amazing how many children (without question a reflection of their parents’ values) have no work ethic or interest in education, because they believe that as a right of birth in this country, they are owed a living.
