“Laguna Beach” star Jason Wahler doesn’t just play a bad boy on TV.
Wahler was arrested this weekend and charged with underage drinking and resisting a public officer, authorities said Monday. He was nabbed by an undercover state Alcohol Law Enforcement agent at a nightclub in Greenville, N.C.
He was released on $1,000 bond several hours later.
The charge of resisting a public officer stems from providing several false birth dates, said ALE Agent Matt Knight, who arrested Wahler. Wahler, who wasn’t carrying ID, allegedly told Knight he was on a TV show.
