Kudos to the Chicago Tribune for printing Janet Helm’s story on popular nutrition myths as well as her entertaining and accurate evaluation of current and past fad diets (Good Eating, March 7). As a dietitian, it is a breath of fresh air to see sound information regarding diet and nutrition in print. Way to go.
