Jim “Daddy Jim” Halbert, found eternal peace on Saturday, May 5, 2007 at the age of 68, loving husband for 25 years to Lynette, nee Menzer; devoted Papa to Terry (Laurie), David (Rachel) and Mike; further survived by his precious canine friend, Black Shawl Woman; other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his brothers, Samuel and Jr. Jim served our country in the Navy during the Korean Conflict and the Vietnam Era. He enjoyed participating in many reenactments.
