William Sargon Solomon, age 81, retired public adjuster, passed away in Mesa, AZ, on April 12, 2007. He was born and raised in Chicago, where he was a graduate of Waller High School. Bill was a U.S. Marine Veteran, serving WWII. He was a member of AMVETS post #5. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Nimrod and Nenos; and sister, Viola Shamer; nephew Jacob; and parents, Adda and Elisabeth Solomon. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte; nieces, Linda McNichols and Lizabeth Solomon. A memorial service will be held on May 15, at 6:30 p.m. at St. John’s Church, 1421 Lawrence Ave., Chicago. Interment will be private.
