Jamie Foxx has a luxe new pad to call home. The Oscar-winning actor has purchased a $10.5 million, 17,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style villa that keeps him close to Hollywood, the L.A. Times reports. Apparently, he also can save on health-club fees — the home has a full gym and sauna.
