Vainikos, beloved husband of Fotini, nee Godellas; loving father of Helen (Stergios) Alexander, Peter (Marlene) Vainikos and Alexandra (Chris) Carson; devoted son of the late Leonidas and Efrosine; proud grandfather of Kristie (Matt) Stegen, Michael Nicholas, Katherine Fotini and Clair Veronica Carson; great-grandfather, of Cooper Nicholas Stegen; dear brother of Vasiliki (the late Petros) Shubalis, Efthimios (Vasilia), Costas (the late Anna), Miltiades (Kalianthi), Socrates (Olga) Vainikos and the late Athena (the late Alexi) Bezanis; fond uncle of many. Nick was the past President of Liberation of Dodona. He was also a member of Pan Epirotic Federation in America, Australia and Canada. He was a devoted supporter for the freedom of Voreos Epiros.
