It worked for CBS’ “Jericho,” but will it work for Veronica?
Fans of the canceled “Veronica Mars” have been sending Mars Bars to the CW in hopes that the network will reverse its decision and reinstate the series, according to The Toronto Star.
But despite the effort, creator Rob Thomas told The Star, “It’s over for good as a television series.
“This is a tough thing for me to say because I love those people, and they have been good to me, but it’s not going to happen.”
CBS recently renewed “Jericho” after fans reportedly sent pounds of roasted nuts to the station in protest of the cancellation.
