Illinois EPA has declared an Air Pollution Action Day Thursday. Local 90 (degrees) highs inland; modestly cooler shoreline highs around 80 (degrees) as NE winds off the lake blow a fourth day. Sun then patches of high and mid-level clouds this afternoon. Scattered clouds, seasonably mild at night.
