With all due respect to the, um, “interesting” finale of “The Sopranos,” there’s at least one show that hasn’t lost its way.

“We will not be ending with a blackout,” said “Lost” producer Carlton Cuse, referring to the cut-to-black ending that left the fate of mobster Tony Soprano’s family unresolved.

The creators of “Lost” say their writers worked out the plots for the last three seasons — and the answers to the show’s many mysteries — during a recent “mini-camp.” “I’m not sure there is any ending that will satisfy everyone,” he said. “Our hope is that the ending will be … the logical conclusion of the story.”

While “Losties” will have to wait eight months for next season’s premiere, the show will produce a series of 90-second “mobisodes” for Verizon Wireless and possibly abc.com to tide fans over.
