Margaret “Marge” Mueller of Riverwoods, died peacefully at the age of 94, June 15, 2007, beloved wife of the late Stephen Joseph; dearest mother of Rod (Carol) and Larry (Elaine); loving grandmother of Jeanette (Ken); wonderful great-grandmother of Emma Caroline and Stephen William. Marge dedicated her life to her family and gardening. She was a Master Gardener, a member of the Women’s Board of the Chicago Botanic Garden, a member of the Garden Club of Deerfield, an accredited flower show judge, a member of the Landscape Design Critic Council, and a 50 year member of the First Presbyterian Church of Deerfield. Marge was a friend to all who knew her. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends, many of whom she considered as close as family. Marge recently was honored at the Chicago Botanic Garden with a painting dedicated and painted by Winifred Godfrey. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 23, 2007, at 2 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church of Deerfield, 824 Waukegan Road, Deerfield, IL. Interment private.
