The talk-show host put Good Charlotte’s Joel Madden on the spot on Thursday’s “Live With Regis and Kelly,” mtv.com reports, hinting that Madden had a “surprise” in store for girlfriend Nicole Richie. “You’re going to present her, maybe, with — did I hear the right thing?” Philbin stammered. Madden tried to play it cool, and Philbin quickly changed the topic.
