Investigators are trying to figure out what caused a house fire on the West Side that killed a 78-year-old man and injured a firefighter. Fire Department Commander Will Knight says four people were in the house and three managed to escape. Knight says the 78-year-old, identified as Charles Grisby, was near the front door when he was overcome by smoke.
